Delivery Issues?
As much as we try to deliver your order to the timeframe we provide, sometimes there can be delays which occur when your goods are on the way to you.
If you do face any of these difficulties our expert team are only an email away to help you to receive your awaited order.

3. Your tracking number (if possible)
We will then aim to resolve this as quickly as possible as we cannot wait for your to recieve your order!

How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us and include the following information to help us find your order:

Once we have received this information from you, our team will aim to resolve this as soon as possible. In some cases, a cancellation of your order may not be possible straight away as your goods may be on the way to you*. If this is the case, please follow our return process so you can send this back to us right away so we can cancel your order per your request.
*Please note you have up to 14 days from the date you receive your goods to cancel your order with us. If your order has been delivered, please make the necessary arrangements to return your order so this can be cancelled for you.

Our size chart is attached on every product page. Click that to check against your measurements.
You can also contact our team with your height and weight measurements and with their expert knowledge, they will advise you on the size we would recommend.

How do I wash/iron the clothing?
We advise that all of our clothing is washed on 30 degrees inside out
