⦁ Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still
⦁ Face masks cannot be returned or refunded due to health protection reasons.
⦁ Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
⦁ We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
⦁ Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
⦁ Returns registered separately cannot be returned as one, even if they are from the same order. Combining registered returns will slow down the refund process!
⦁ We ask customers to allow 1 working day for items to be shipped and a little more time at the start of the week, after a new launch/restock or during a sale.
